With SBI debit  card we can shop online from sites which have payment facilty using debit cards like visa and master card .We need to register our SBI debit card in SBI online website to get a 3d secure password.Registering a 3d secure password activate your SBI card for using it for payments in websites like eBay,flip kart etc.This password is used to verify our identity while doing online purchases thus protecting our online transactions.We need to register with our debit card number,phone number,email id and bank account number.

PROCEDURE OF REGISTRATION FOR GETTING 3D SECURE PASSWORD

• First go to sbi online website https://acs.onlinesbi.com/sbi/enrollment/enroll_welcome.jsp and click new user 'registration now' button which is in the top right of the page and fill the three step registration step.



• In the first step enter your debit card number and click next.



• In next page, enter your four digit atm pin number and bank account number and click next



• In the last step enter a password ,email id and phone number and click finish .


• You will get a confiemation code to your phone number as message.Enter the confirmation code in the box to complete your registeration.


• If the registration is successful you will get a message of registration complete in screen.You need to keep this password safe because you need to enter this password every time you do transaction.

BUYING ONLINE USING SBI DEBIT CARD

•  Go to website to buy online and at payment page select payment by SBI debit card and enter your debit card number and click proceed



• .Now you will directed to a login page of SBI 3d secure site where you need to enter your 3d secure password which you added when registered your debit card for 3d secure password. Now your transaction will be processed and you will be redirected back to merchants website.

With the use of 3 d secure password we can buy online using SBI ATM card easily .
